CitySocialising Socials feel like going out with a group of friends - just regular social outings across Glasgow to great bars, restaurants, gigs, comedy nights, clubs, galleries and more.

Ours is a really down-to-earth, friendly and sociable crowd, and a mix of brand new and regular members, so you'll feel at home in no time. Plus, each Social is hosted by a fellow CitySocialiser who will welcome you when you arrive and help put you at ease.
If you've registered with us but haven't yet been to a Social, or perhaps you've been to a couple but would like to find out more, we'd like to invite you to attend our New Members' Social to come and have a chat and meet some of our other newbies and 'first and second-timers' for a drink or two.
Feedback from our monthly New Members' nights is always great. These evenings help to reassure you that the people we attract are as laid-back, chatty, friendly and sociable as we say they are and around 90% of people sign up to come to another Social afterwards!
We've reserved an area exclusively for our group at the XXXXX bar (full details available to view upon booking) near Central Station, a popular after-work meeting place.
Synonymous with great food and drink, excellent service and stylish surroundings, XXXXX is a cool, airy piano bar & restaurant with a buzzy, vibrant but laid-back atmosphere.
One of our hosts (a fellow member!) will be on hand to welcome you when you arrive, settle you in to the night and answer any questions you might have about the service but really it's just a great opportunity to take the plunge and start getting social with us.

With muted lighting, minimalist décor and chilled vibe, XXXXX is a stylish cosy bar split over two intimate levels, with a fabulous Feng Shui Japanese restaurant downstairs.
The drinks menu here is extensive and informed, with a wide variety of bottled beers, fine wines and spirits on offer. Cocktails are perfectly made with the freshest ingredients, and some come with complimentary sushi!
We'll be able to sample the 'Chinese Dragon' (Grey Goose vodka citron and Calvados mixed with muddled plums and lychee juice), 'Sweet Chilli' (Bacardi 8yrs and Creme de Mure mixed with muddled rockette leaves, sweet chilli and pressed apple juice) or the 'Weeping Tiger' (Skyy vodka mixed with freshly muddled watermelon, mango, ginger and lemon juice).
Live acts and top DJs regularly play here, providing us with cool beats to dance to and top off a great night out in Glasgow!

If you fancy a vibrant and great value Friday night dining experience, you're a fan of Spanish food, and enjoying good food alongside good company is your idea of a great evening out, join a group of fellow CitySocialisers for dinner at Café Andaluz, one of Glasgow's most popular restaurants.
This relaxed but vibrant venue is warm and welcoming with their Moroccan-inspired décor picked out in patterned ceramic tiles and brightly coloured lamps.
Food-wise expect a tapas and paella based menu featuring all the classic Spanish favourites from tortilla to patatas bravas and several chorizo dishes – look out for the ‘Chorizo & Butifarra Negra’, a fantastic dish of chorizo and Andalucian black pudding in a spicy tomato sauce.
Paella fanatics won’t be disappointed with four different types to choose from, including the Paella Valenciana for a taste of everything!
And with chilled sangria served by the glass and by the pitcher we'll feel like we’re back on holiday in no time.
We'll be dining from their 'del dia' set party menu, which offers a balanced selection of vegetables, meat & fish, served over two courses, for just £16.95 - a great way to sample eight different tapas dishes without breaking the bank!
We'll be meeting first for a pre-dinner drink or two at XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking), a cool bar serving great cocktails, where one of our hosts will be to welcome you when you arrive as we unwind, chat and socialise together, before heading over to Café Andaluz for dinner at 8.30pm.
And afterwards we can head back to XXXXX to continue the evening with some more Friday night CitySocialising!
